General conditions
During the periods of season (from mid December to mid March and from mid June to mid September) we rent only for entire weeks, or from Saturday to Saturday.
Price. The prices listed are per apartment per day/standard occupation and for a minimum stay of 5 nights. For 4 nighrs there will be applied a surcharge. For each additional person we charge a supplement of 50€ per day. If the apartment is occupied by a lower number of people than confirmed, the price per day of the apartment is that of the standard occupation.
Breakfast basket, farm products and massages are not included in the price.
Tourist tax. The tourist tax of 2,30€ per person per day is not included in the price.
Children. On request and availability, we provide cot and high chair.
Dog.Please tell us if you like bring with your dog. The dog is welcome, if you can guarantee he won’t be left alone in the apartment all day. We charge 10€ a day for small dogs, 15€ a day for medium-sized dogs.
We accept only one dog per apartment, other animals and large dogs are not allowed.
Internet. The internet connection is a free service for all our guests.
Breakfast basket. Upon request we offer a breakfast basket full of fresh and homemade products. You can choose which basket you prefer.
Booking. The confirmation is issued after the receipt of the deposit
Cancellation. Free cancellation within 60 days before arrival, from 59 to 30 days before arrival, the deposit of 30% will not be returned. If the reservation should be cancelled from 29 to 15 days before arrival, the guest has to pay 50% of the full price. If the reservation should be cancelled from 14 to 7 days before arrival, the guest has to pay 80% of the full price. If the reservation should be cancelled in the last week before arrival or in case of no-show, the guest has to pay 100% of the price.
travel insurance
We recommend to take out a travel insurance with your insurance company. HERE
Payment. The bill has to be paid the day before departure. Methods of payment: cash, cash card, credit card or bank transfer.
Check-in and check-out. Check in is from 3pm to 9pm (later only upon request). Check-out is foreseen within 9.00 am on the departure day. In case of delay, a supplement will be applied.
